Why bosses matter

Boss encounters are progression gates rather than isolated combat rooms. Prepare your tools, storage, and escape route before entering an underground structure so a failed attempt does not interrupt your factory.

Before the fight

• Bring the tools required for the area and puzzle.
• Store valuable materials before exploring.
• Mark the route back to the factory or nearest safe zone.
• Read the arena and identify cover, hazards, and recovery space.

Reward planning

Treat boss rewards as unlock items first and production resources second. Check the next Research milestone before spending a rare drop, then connect the reward to your Research Order and Artifacts progression.

Exploration loop

Explore, solve the visible puzzle, fight only when prepared, and return the reward to a dedicated storage container. This keeps combat progression separate from the live factory line.
